haircut was not done properly. i wish i would have got it somewhere else

Have been going here for years .Always great service.But lately very under staffed w/ long wait time. The leaderboard is not helpful at all . Went there today @ 4;00 very busy leaderboard 4 people on it but only1 person in the waiting room. Should of been a short wait except 2 of the 3 hair stylists disappear.

I am always in and out quickly...the staff is friendly. Parking lot is rather small, and I never been able to get the app to work. But it's still a great place for a haircut
